Director of Global OperationsRonald Joselin joined with ForMor in 2002 as the first Spanish speaking distributor service agent. He was promoted to Latino Operations Director in 2005. Under his direction, our domestic business in the Latin community and in Latin America quadrupled. In February 2009, Ronald was promoted to Director of Global Operations. |

Randy Wiley joined FMI in 2000 as a Certified Public Accountant with a strong background in resource allocation and cash management. Since that time, he has effectively managed FMI's cash-flow throughout its global network. He has overseen the growth of FMI's increasingly complex financial operations and strategic financial planning. |

Director of Information Systems
Shane Little joined the company as web designer and sound engineer in the fall of 2001. His understanding of the entire FMI business operation has brought about the development of the intuitive programming approach used to empower management with the information it needs to create strategic plans and realize goals. During his tenure, FMI has never suffered a single day of downtime due to IT systems or programming. |
